Your role

This role requires a leader who can combine operational discipline with strong business acumen. You will set direction, build organisational capability, and ensure LKAB Berg & Betong delivers according to both market demands and LKAB’s governance and long-term ambitions.

What you will lead:

Strategic and operational leadership of a technically advanced mining and contracting organisation
A culture of zero harm, behavioural safety, and continuous improvement
Strengthening of technical competence and operational excellence
High-value relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders
Delivery of strong financial, operational, and commercial results

What you bring

A proven track record leading large, complex organisations with measurable success
Strong background working with major companies in mining, construction, or industrial sectors
Deep commitment to safety and experience with lean or structured operational excellence
Ability to balance business agility with governance, structure, and compliance
Strong analytical capability and a results-driven mindset
