Manufacturing
In our two workshops in Kiruna we have capacity for manufacturing machine components and steel structures, as well as larger machinery and other equipment.
All manufacturing in our workshops takes place according to high sustainability requirements in compliance with LKAB’s standards, and we are certified according to ISO 3834-2 and SS-EN 1090-1. This entails a holistic approach to quality, where we place very great emphasis on systematic planning and follow-up and, not least, human and environmental safety.
Our products cover a broad range. In our mechanical engineering shops we have produced everything from lightweight components for satellites to lift booms with capacity for 60 tonnes intended for slag trucks at smelting plants.
We offer fabrication that includes, for example, cutting, welding, milling, lathing, industrial painting and assembly. Among the many items we manufacture are coolers and roller screens for pelletizing plants, as well as work baskets and loader buckets. Our team trains regularly to acquire state-of-the-art engineering knowledge.
Since the start, we have invested in long-term relationships with our customers. But we have also built good relations with our colleagues and we command unique know-how. We believe that we arrive at the best solutions together.
