A summer job with us is a unique opportunity to explore different career paths and gather valuable experience in one of Sweden's most dynamic industries. Every year we welcome over 500 seasonal employees from all over Sweden, aged from 18 to 60+, and almost half of them are women. We can offer a summer job in a developing and interesting industry. Want to try working with large machines 1,000 meters underground in the mine? We have it. Are you an engineering student who wants to test theory in practice, a mechanic who wants to try something new, or an electrician curious about what it's like to work in the mining industry?
Start by submitting your application via the website, where you get to answer a number of questions about your education and experience. You can also fill in whether you have a B driving license and which areas you are interested in working in.
If you advance to the next step in the process, you will be asked to book an appointment for a phone interview. We will then call you at a time of your choosing on the phone number you have entered in your application. The interview takes about 15-20 minutes and it is good if you can sit undisturbed and make sure you have good coverage.
If you advance from the phone interview, you will have a link sent to you from refapp, which is a digital reference check. There you enter contact details for two references.
In the next step, you will get to meet a manager who will tell you more about the workplace and ask questions related to your education/experience. You also have the chance to ask questions related to the work.
You will then be called from an 010 number where you will receive a decision on your application.
