Applications for access to LKAB’s facilities (including subsidiaries) in Kiruna, Svappavaara, Malmberget, Luleå, and Stockholm are managed through the Accessum system.
Before an initial application for site access can be submitted, the company must be registered in Accessum. This is done by the primary contact person designated when your company was approved as an LKAB supplier. If you are a subcontractor, this is handled by the primary contact person you identified to your client and whom LKAB Purchasing has registered for your company.
Once the company is registered in Accessum, the primary contact person can log in and apply for site access for the company’s employees. It is also possible to grant other individuals authorization to manage applications within the system.
All companies must submit applications for their own personnel. A supplier cannot apply for site access on behalf of its subcontractors.
