Application for access to LKAB facilities

Applications for access to LKAB’s facilities (including subsidiaries) in Kiruna, Svappavaara, Malmberget, Luleå, and Stockholm are managed through the Accessum system. Each company must submit applications for its own employees. A supplier cannot apply for access on behalf of its subcontractors. If you are unsure whether the correct person is registered as the primary contact, please contact your LKAB contact person at LKAB or LKAB Purchasing.

Register your company

In order to apply for access, your company must be registered in the Accessum system. Registration is carried out by the primary contact person that your company designated when it was approved as an LKAB supplier.

Apply for site access

Once your company has been registered in the Accessum system, you can log in and begin submitting access applications for our operational sites. The primary contact person can also grant additional users authorization to administer and manage applications within the system.

Do you need an access permit?

The form will soon be removed. In order to apply for access, your company must be registered in the new system. This will soon be the only way for external people to gain access to LKAB's areas.
