New function released in Q2: Link between main supplier and subcontractor
We will release a function that makes it easier to cooperate between main suppliers and subcontractors. Until the function is released and you have linked up, each supplier is responsible for applying for entrance permits themselves.
Briefly how it works
- Each company manages its own staff in the entrance permit system.
- You can link as main supplier and subcontractor directly in the system.
- Subcontractors’ employees are automatically shown in the main supplier’s list (but not vice versa).
- The main supplier can submit applications for subcontractors’ employees.
- The subcontractor can also apply themselves and choose the main supplier as the client.
Example: If Nordtech Entreprenad has Stadsmontage AB as a subcontractor, Stadsmontage AB’s employees appear in Nordtech’s list. Nordtech’s employees do not appear at Stadsmontage AB.
What you can expect
- A consolidated view of staff when you have a link between main and subcontractor.
- Smoother applications. The main supplier can assist subcontractors.
- Clear staff management. Each company owns its own staff data.
- Self-service. You make the links yourselves in the entrance permit system.
What you will need to do
- Onboard your company in the entrance permit system.
- To do so, you must be approved suppliers.
- Keep your staff list updated.
- Create/manage links between main supplier and subcontractor in the system.
- Select the right client in applications.
- Subcontractor chooses client.
- If the main supplier makes the application, they are automatically set as the client.
In brief
Who can see whom?
Subcontractors’ staff appear in the main supplier’s list. Not vice versa. No sensitive information, such as personal identity numbers.
Who can apply?
Both main supplier and subcontractor can create applications.
Who is responsible for staff data?
Each supplier is responsible for their own staff.
