Questions and answers regarding new system for entrance permits

Here is information on what you, as a supplier, need to do to start using the new system for entrance permits.

My employees or I need entrance permits. How do I get started?

To be able to apply in the entrance permit system, you must be an approved supplier to LKAB. If you are not in our supplier register, you need to contact your contact person at LKAB.

At the end of March 2026.
To become an approved supplier, you need to go through a verification process. Contact your purchaser, who will initiate the process.
You log in by entering your email address or phone number. You will then receive a one-time code via SMS or email.
If you need an access permit for a vehicle, you specify this in your application.

• Kiruna underground (KUJ)

Depends on workload, apply in good time.
