LKAB’s Annual General Meeting 2025

LKAB's Annual General Meeting was held 24 April 2025 at Vetenskapens Hus in Luleå. The AGM decided that a dividend of SEK 4.4 billion would be paid to the owner. All board members were re-elected, and Anders Borg was re-elected as Chairman of the Board.
The AGM decided that a dividend of SEK 4.4 billion, corresponding to SEK 6,286 per share, would be paid to the owner for the 2024 financial year. The AGM granted the board members and President discharge from liability for the 2024 financial year.
It was decided that the board will consist of nine members, with the re-election of Anders Borg, Carina Andersson, Alrik Danielson, Catrin Fransson, Eva Hamilton, Bjarne Moltke Hansen, Kerstin Konradsson, Lotta Mellström, and Per-Olof Wedin. Anders Borg was re-elected as Chairman of the Board.
The registered public accounting firm KPMG AB was re-elected as auditor. KPMG AB has appointed authorised public accountant Joakim Thilstedt as auditor in charge.
The Annual General Meeting resolved that director´s fees to the Chairman will amount to SEK 777,000. Other board members who are not employee representatives or employees of the Government offices will receive SEK 350,000. Auditor invoices will be settled on approval.
