We have commercial real estate in Kiruna and Gällivare. In Kiruna, the premises are mainly at Jägarskolan and downtown.

About us

LKAB Fastigheter is a wholly owned subsidiary of LKAB with its registered office in Kiruna. The company's history goes back to Kiruna Gellivare Fastighetsbolag, which was founded in 1910, among other things through the influence of Kiruna's founder, Hjalmar Lundbohm.
