Your role

As ABM Manager, you will lead the development and execution of global Account-Based Marketing initiatives across regions in close collaboration with the Business Area Director and cross-functional teams. You will drive high-impact, personalized campaigns across international markets – balancing global brand consistency with local relevance.

This role offers strong strategic visibility, working directly with senior leaders to ensure ABM programs align with business goals and long-term growth. By combining account insights, data-driven experimentation, and multi-channel execution, you’ll turn business priorities into targeted programs that deepen customer relationships and support sustainable growth.

You will be part of the central marketing function, reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager for LKAB Minerals. You can be based in either Sweden, the UK, the Netherlands, or Germany.
